Advancements in food innovation and changes in FDA regulations have dramatically changed food manufacturing in the United States over the last several years. The passage of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) has raised the bar of regulatory compliance, employee training, and supplier qualification. Our Food, Beverage, and Natural Products (FBNP) program provides training solutions, resources and facilities to food manufacturers to address this changing environment. Whether it’s through FDA required training courses or helping food businesses navigate quality and safety concerns, the Food, Beverage, and Natural Products program has solutions to fit your companies needs.

Industry Training
We deliver courses, certificates, workshops, and company-specific skill development in biomanufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, and natural products. Our courses can be delivered at your company’s site, at one of our training facilities, online, or locally at any of our 58 community colleges.

The Natural Products Lab offers analytical testing services and onsite equipment rental for life science businesses, entrepreneurs, and researchers. Quality assurance tests available range from total ash value to water activity testing and can include tailored GC and HPLC methods for your ingredients or finished product.
